The 2024-25 National Championship on Sardis Lake dates have changed. Expo participants have a conflict with the Bassmasters National Championship being on the previous dates set for the NCL Championship and Expo.

On May 4, 2024, the National Crappie League held a Division I tournament and national qualifier at Lake Carlyle in Carlyle, IL. Anglers from various regions competed for the top honor and national championship qualification, with the event being hosted by the City of Carlyle and Clinton County Tourism.
Kentucky Lake will be the home of the 2024 NCL Wild Card event, which will be the first of the year. The tournament will take place on May 10th and 11th and is hosted by the Kentucky Lake Tourism.
Amateur and semi-pro anglers can participate in Division I, which will take place on May 11th. The entry fee for Division I is $300.00 per team.
The National Crappie League held a 2-day Division I event at Patoka Lake, Jasper, IN on May 26th and 27th, with Dubois County Tourism as the host. Anglers competed for a $10,000.00 prize and to qualify for the National Championship.

On April 19 & 20, 2024, Visit Eufaula and the City of Eufaula hosted a National Crappie League (NCL) Open Division tournament on Lake Eufaula, OK.. Anglers competed for a chance to win $20,000.00 and to qualify for the 2024-25 National Championship.
A front moved across the area during the tournament, bringing cooler temperatures. The wind was between 10-20 miles each day. Cloudy skies and winds with temperatures in the 50s made for a chilly day two.

The event was hosted by the Tri-County Lodging Association and the Business District of Morgan County, Miller County, and Camden County. As previously announced, the National Crappie League has decided to restructure our payouts. From now on, paybacks will be changed to 100% PLUS. Below is an example of what a tournament with 30 BOATS would look like ⬇️ For those of you who are unfamiliar with this change, here is a helpful overview:
🔴 NCL will pay back 100% at each event.
🔴 NCL will contribute $25.00 to the big fish prize for each boat/team in Division I.
🔴 NCL will contribute $50.00 to the big fish prize for each boat/team in Open Division.
